How are payments processed?
Every payment goes through Stripe Checkout and settles directly in PothGo Technologies LLC's account. Card and bank details never touch our servers.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Plans can be upgraded, downgraded, paused, or cancelled anytime from the Stripe customer portal in your dashboard. Charges are prorated.
What is a custom payment for?
Use it to settle an invoice, pay a project milestone, or send any agreed amount as a single one-time charge.
How does usage billing for Managed Cloud work?
Our infrastructure reports compute-hours to the PothGo API. Stripe aggregates them on a meter and adds the total to your next invoice.
